The social and community development is the centerline that supports all the interventions that are developed and put into practice by the Carvajal Foundation. This creates healthy relationships within families: strengthens the social roles of their members as citizens, children, employees, employers, entrepreneurs and parents, among others, throughout their life cycle.
Social intervention also strengthens leadership and community organizations and reduces psychosocial risk factors in communities that are prioritized territories.
We guide the family in the development of healthy family relationships within the framework of the various roles assumed by the person during his or her life cycle as a citizen, child, student, employee, employer, entrepreneur, parent, etc.
We strengthen the organization and community participation, based on individual, family and community formation processes based on the development of emotional intelligence.
We transfer and replicate our experience in the transformation of urban spaces, such as: access to housing projects, basic sanitation, public space recovery and community equipment, which improve the conditions and quality of life of the family and community.
